Transporting Your Package

The delivery fees include packaging, handling, and postal fees. They can include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We suggest making all your purchases in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders together and you would have to pay shipping for each of them.

THE PACKAGES ARE OVERSIZED AND PROTECTED.

For the delivery of cookies, you have 3 choices:

1- If you decide to have it delivered, your order will be shipped by Canada Post everywhere in the country. The delays for regular delivery are 1 to 4 business days. Regular delivery in the greater metropolitan area is normally handled in two days or less.

 

Follow up:

When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the projected (estimated) delivery date, along with a tracking number. You will be able to track your package on the Canada Post website by entering this tracking number in the appropriate field.

 

2-Shortbread and cupcakes: For special occasions (Christmas, Valentine Day, Mother's Day, etc.) we offer the possibility of delivery in the Greater Montreal Area (Montreal Island, Laval, North Shore, South Shore). Call us to see the delivery availability for your region. For this you have to chose the ''Sweet Isabelle delivery, 24H Greater Montreal'' option when filling out your order, and send us an e-mail at info@sweetisabelle.com specifying your order number, the exact address, and preferred time of delivery.

 

3- You can also pass by our Montreal stores and pick up your order yourself.

If a product does not entirely satisfy you, please contact me within seven (7) days following the receipt your package, either by phone on 514-570-8668, or by e-mail at info@sweetisabelle.com . I am committed to replacing the product or refunding you.
